Elegant user interfaces with Measurement Studio
To analyze and visualize data - one of the most important tasks of measurement software - we use Measurement Studio by National Instruments, a tool made to match with Visual Studio.
Measurement Studio supports and simplifies access to the measurement hardware built by National Instruments. It also provides the programmer with a full inventory of elements to design user interfaces for measurement applications, as well as software features to handle and read technical measurement data of all types – mathematical and analytical libraries, interfaces with other software products like Excel for custom-tailored report design, and many other useful features supporting the design of professional technical measurement solutions.
With our own gamma spectrometry user interface called LVis, we have developed, for example, the design charts with Measurement Studio. In doing so, we also take advantage of other features such as Gauss and Polynomfits to determine the detector systems' calibration curves.
